Question: What can I do with this service ?
Answer: With the Free International Calls from 3StarsNet you can call more than 200 destinations for the price of a local call. If you have subscribed to an unlimited pack you won't have to pay anything besides your fixed monthly subscription fee.
Question: Is this service limited ?
Answer: This service is only available during the week from Monday to Friday from 08:00 until 19:00 and limited to maximum 60 minutes per call.
Question: What do I have to pay for this service ?
Answer: You only have to pay a local call to your operator. If you have subscribed to an unlimited pack you won't have to pay anything.
Question: What are those unlimited packs ?
Answer: If you have subscribed to an unlimited pack you won't have to pay anything besides the monthly costs for the subscription. Below you can find a list (situation on the 7/11/2008) with the packs available in Belgium.

Question: Can I call to fixed Belgian numbers ?
Answer: Yes. Dial the local number directly (without 0032, ie 02 1234567) followed by a #.
Question: Can I use this service from a 3StarsNet geographic or nomadic number ?
Answer: Unfortunately no. 3StarsNet receives from your operator a part of the fee you paid to reach our local number (02 888 3 888). With this fee we can pay for the international call. Calls between 3StarsNet numbers are totally free and are therefor not allowed to use this service.
Question: Can I enjoy this service from a mobile phone (GSM) ?
Answer: Yes, you can. Compare the local and international tariffs of your mobile operator to find out how much you can save with our service.
Question: Will I receive a separate invoice ?
Answer: No.
All the calls to our local number (02 888 3 888) will appear on your usual (Belgacom/Telenet/...) invoice in the national calls section. Some operator do not a provide a detailed overview of all your calls by default. Get in touch with your operator if you want to receive detailed invoices.
Question: Can I enjoy this service if i'm using the 3StarsNet CPS/CSC system?
Answer: Yes. All our CPS/CSC customers will receive a monthly invoices where they will find the calls to the 02 888 3 888. Those calls will be billed at the local tariff.
Question: How long can I use this service for free?
Answer: This service is currently free without any limitations. We reserve the right to impose new limits or remove some destinations in case of abuse. Check our site regularly to stay informed of the latest developpements.
Question: I would like to call destinations that are not currently in your list?
Answer: At this time we can only offer the destinations in our list, although we could decide to add new destinations in the future. Check our site regularly to stay informed of the latest developpements.
